Steps to Update Galaxy On7 on Android Marshmallow
Step 1. First download the firmware file from the link given above then use any unzipping tool to extract the firmware file on your PC.
Step 2. Odin tool link is also given above, download and extract the Odin zip file on your PC.
Step 3. Now launch Odin.exe on your PC.
Step 4. Reboot device in Download mode. To do so, press and hold Home + Power + Volume-Down keys for few seconds.
Step 5. Use the stock usb cable to connect your device to your PC and wait until you see a blue sign in Odin.
Step 6. Once your device recognizes by Odin click on AP button in Odin and browse the firmware file.
Step 7. Go to Options tab of Odin and uncheck re-partition option.
Step 8. Hit the Start button of Odin and wait for minutes.
Step 9. Your device will boot into update firmware automatically.
